Amazing team of individuals. Very very hardworking, detail oriented and thorough in their work. Craftsmanship is superior. They delivered on time and as promised, while going above and beyond in the delivery from bringing in a cleaning crew to clean before the big unveil, repairing some of our furniture items without us even asking and repairing our front stone step that was cracked are just a few of the many very appreciated extras that left us very happy in the end. Their utmost care and passion for their work is evident in all areas. Solid, trustworthy individuals like Natanael and his Team is rare, especially in the contracting world, from our experiences. They were always on time to the job and diligently working throughout the time they were here each day. As a result of covid and the scope of our project, Natanael was very accommodating and would update us daily (multiple times per day when needed), while also walking us through the details over video conference, so we could see first hand what we were speaking of and discuss options/strategies of approach to consider. He was always able to provide multiple avenues of approach/design which was helpful. We were able to strategize very well together on how we move forward through each stage or challenge of the Reno. They had our backs when things went south post Reno. The whole Team was there to support us, all while helping us navigate through the challenges post Reno. They came back multiple times after the Reno was completed to help us with odds and ends. This left us with a Reno job completed to perfection. We're very thankful to have found the NPC family of contractors and would highly recommend them for any Reno that you are looking to do. We had Natanael and his crew renovate our basement 2 years ago with the goals of adding a bathroom room, enlarging the laundry room and making the space something we'd actually use. We haven't regretted that decision in the least.

We got quotes from 3 other contractors. All 3 came into the house, took basic measurements and gave us a quote for the bare minimum (i.e. adding a bathroom and finishing the space). Natanael came in and within 5 minutes had a plan to increase the size of the laundry room, install a bathroom AND increase the usable space all with a smile. It wasn't the cheapest quote, but we immediately felt comfortable that NPC was the choice for us.

The main team, Prospero and Alex were there promptly every single day. If they were early they waited in their vehicle until getting the go ahead from us to come in and start. They were cheerful, friendly, worked solidly all day and left the area in a remarkably clean state.

At one point, while the rough in was being done, Natanael had his plumber send his camera down into the sewer line as it was better to be safe than have a backup once it was done. A significant problem was found (which we had confirmed via a second opinion). Natanael and his team paused while we had it rectified and picked right up when it was complete, finishing the job in a timely manner. And we couldn't be happier with the result.

When we were researching, a common sentiment was that just about any contractor can come in and make it look pretty, but it may not (probably won't) last. After 2 years, our basement looks as good as it did the day they left.

I would not hesitate at all to recommend NPC to anyone looking for high quality work.

After purchasing a bungalow in Georgetown I planned adding a legal basement suite. It has been a lot of work, but when I was ready to tackle a good share of the work Nathanael and his team were there every step of the way. From our original meeting, Natanael had a high level of confidence about the work that needed to be done in terms of fire separation etc., and eased some of my own worries with the jobs that I still had to complete myself. Nathanael is very professional and knowledgeable when it comes to building and sub trades. Tony and Prospero from NPC were excellent guys to work along side while they were there, but they finished their work so fast that before I knew it they were gone and I was saying goodbye. Overall it was a great experience working with NPC and I don’t think there is any job that they wouldn’t do an amazing job on. Since their work was finished Natanael has supported me with furthering my knowledge of building. Truly awesome guy and an amazing company. They won’t disappoint you.

Main floor renovation
The NPC team renovated my neighbour’s house over a year ago and after seeing how great their house looked and how pleased they were working with the company; I decided to call the owner for an estimate. In our meeting, Natanael showed a high level of knowledge and for every question I had, he was able to provide a clear, quick and easy to understand answer. Upon receiving the quote from the company which was reasonable for what I was asking for we met a 2nd time to sign the contract and Natanael was able to accommodate my project for the desire starting date I had in mind. My main floor project lasted 3 months in which I had a brand new custom kitchen, load baring walls removed to enlarge my living room and dining as well as new engineer hardwood, new windows, new doors, brand new powder room and my favourite an accent wall in the living room with a beautiful fireplace and custom wall units. I moved to my mom’s house during the process since I’m allergic to the dust but every time I was on-site it honestly seemed like there was no renovation work going on; the amount of dust was minimal as well as there was no disposal which really impressed me.
I’m extremely happy with the service provided by all the company members. I’ve already recommended Natanael and his team to several friends and next month they will be starting my mom’s basement renovation.

The entire process was easy. Found NPC on Monday and had an appointment first thing on Wednesday. The entire crew came in an replaced 4 toilets in ~1.5 hours. Once they were done, it's like they were never there - completely clean. Super fast. Would recommend.

Fabulous!!! Natanael and his crew were awesome. Everything was done on time, with attention to detail. The demolition crew, were great, they vacuumed up everyday after they were done.
Leo, the tile man was very meticulous when laying out the pattern for our shower and floor.
Alvin, the shower enclosure man, was very good at explaining and showing us our options.
Finally the detail people at the end to finish with installing vanity, accessories, and making everything look perfect. They also completely cleaned up the work area and the adjoining area.
Highly recommend NPC would use them again.

This is the 2nd time that we work with NPC; the team renovated our previous house’ basement over two years ago and our experience working with them was excellent so as soon as we were ready to start our current home’ reno we called Natanael and set up a meeting with him. As always, Natanael gave us some many ideas of how we could proceed with the addition as well as our main floor renovation that was actually difficult to make a final decision on which layout we wanted to go with. The team engineer took care of the drawings and city permits. We decided to add a master bedroom, a master bathroom and an office to our house due to the limited space we had. The second half of the renovation was challenging due to the current pandemic but Natanael was onsite all the time making sure that the crews were taking the necessary precautions to keep everybody safe which we appreciated a lot. He also helped us with the selection of the finishes and guided us where to shop (it saved a lot of time). Our experience working with NPC is always fantastic; every team member is courteous, professional and respectful. We definitely recommend NPC without any hesitation!

This is our fourth home renovation project with Natanael and his team. To say we are satisfied is an understatement. Natanael and his team have proved themselves once again by creating our dream kitchen. Throughout the project Natanael provided excellent recommendations that helped improved the overall design. Throughout the process he was timely, budget-minded, and always ensured a clean working space. We’re already looking forward to our next project with NPC.

From March-October 2019, Natanael and his team from NPC did extensive renovations in our late-19th Century house in the Cabbagetown area of Toronto. Specifically, they involved the front-half of the 2nd floor (reconfiguring+updating our dressing-room & office), & the complete renovation of our 3rd floor, transforming it from a guest suite into a sunroom & our new master suite. This also included the replacement of the original narrow staircase between the 2nd & 3rd floors with a wider, more contemporary styled one.

Although we had interviews & quotes from 2 other contractors for this project, we went with Natanael for 3 principal reasons: 1) We found him to be the most personable, 2) His quote was in the middle price-range, & 3) & perhaps most importantly, he had renovated our neighbours’ house several years before & they raved about Natanael & his team: their high-standards, skill level & quality of work, keeping to the expected work-completion timeline, & Natanael’s responsiveness to unexpected challenges & issues/problems.

As other clients have mentioned in their reviews, Natanael also brings his keen ability to anticipate design or configuration problems, & offer more practical suggestions & adjustments to the plans of a designer or architect.

Several unexpected structural issues were encountered, relating to the age of our house, but due to his extensive experience, Natanael was able to successfully address them, though this did delay the completion date by more than a month.

Generally, communication from Natanael on who would be working on what, on a day-by-day or weekly basis, was very good. Any time things need clarification, Natanael was consistently timely in responding.

In summary, we would highly endorse using the services of NPC Building&Renovations Ltd, & in fact have recommended Natanael to several of our good friends who’ve been searching for an excellent, high-quality, reliable & professional renovation team.

Nataneal and his team were terrific. We rebuilt our home from the ground up during Covid - it was two stressors coming at us at the same time, but Nataneal worked with us to achieve a beautiful home and he and his team were always very receptive to our questions and comments. From the design and budgeting phases right through construction to completion and closing the permits there was a real feeling of partnership. Nataneal gave us exactly what we wanted on time and on budget.
