Steve Mercer is a nice person to work with. He provides professional solution from the customer's point of view. Always being patient to listen to what we want and dealing with every single detail we could have before starting the project. We replace 12 windows and 1 front door. Everything works very well as promised. The actual working team, lead by Steve McCue, took care of our new installed hard wood floor during the installation. The project is completed without any extra clean work. Thanks to Fortress Windows we highly recommend Steve Mercer, Steve McCue and their team!

I would like to thank the crew at Fortress Windows and Doors. First the product they use is top notch. Steve offers a competitive cost for the product he offers. The crew came in removed and replaced all the windows and doors in the house using high quality craftsmanship. Cleaned up after themselves and job was done earlier then the original commitment date. This is no surprise as I have used Steve in the past on another property. In fact I have recommended Fortress to do a porch enclosure for my parents as well. Good job guys. I obviously would recommend Fortress to anyone.

Paul came and inspected our windows and gave us a fair price. The workers who came to install were very courteous and professional. Paul came back and inspected the work that was done the next day.

we really liked these guys from the start, no sales pressure at all which was appreciated and quick to return my phone calls when I did have questions about what to expect. Installers were all pros and courteous. Job very well done and they were able to work with my demanding schedule. Definitely recommend this company for overall value.

Executed the job in a full day. Showed up with an experienced team of guys and were in and out with no evidence that they were even there except for my great looking new windows and front door. Steve and Steve were very profession during the whole process from start (selling the job) to finish (installation of the job). They were both easy to contact over the phone regarding any questions I threw at them about the job at hand. I would recommend them and or do business with them again.

Fortress were a sub on this job. Crew were great. Showed up on time and the work proceeded quickly. Demonstrated care for my property in a messy job. Cleaned up after their work. Window install was great, with a very slick finish job in aluminum

I would like to thank ernie, stanley and paul for doing such a wonderful job installing my new windows and doors. Their workmanship was impecable. Proving to me , that there are still people who take pride in their workmanship. I would also like to thank our salesman steve mercer for being so professional and informative on everything from start to finish , including follow up. The entire experience was so smooth and efficient without a hitch!!! I would highly reccommend fortress windows and doors to all my friends and family. P.S. Two of the windows were concrete cutouts in our new basement apartment. My wife and i were a little nervous about this process, but it was so routine for the installers , they made it look easy. The concrete cutouts were done efficiently , to code and passed inspection with flying colours. Our basement is now full of natural light and the large windows now provide an excellent fire escape. and decided to go with Steve as we felt he was competitive in price and he is not trying to sell you something you do not need.
I was color specific for my windows as I
am a decorator and can be determined in getting what I want and he delivered, his installation team is also extremely important and they were very professional and neat which is very important to me. I have already recommended them to my clients and will do so in future.
