An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
DSM Property Services conducted a full home inspection including thermal imaging. The infrared camera was particularly helpful as it detected a large portion of missing insulation in the attic space that was not noticeable otherwise. Vito was very punctual and answered all questions I had. Communication was easy via text, email or phone. I have been burned before by using a home inspector that was "recommended" by my realtor so I decided to find my own instead. You will find inspectors charging $300 that say thermal imaging is not effective. Do yourself a favor, spend the money, this is your long term investment. I was very happy with the service and the easy to follow report. Highly recommended. Will definitely use again when buying our next house.
