Vito arrived early, with all of the equipment he needed, and gave a quick overview of what he will be doing for the inspection. During the inspection, he would describe what he is doing and also point out anything that he noticed. For each item that he noticed, regardless of how small, he would have a recommendation on what was needed to be done and how soon we needed to do it by. I thought he was very thorough and I received a very detailed inspection report only a few hours after the inspection was completed.
