I recently had a pre-purchase home and sewer inspection done with these folks and it was
A) the best money I've ever spent and
B) some of the most fun I've had in a long time. I didn't know walking through a house with experts could be so interesting!
Rocky and John did a great job of explaining everything to me (without mansplaining - which is really refreshing as a single gal). I felt included in every step of their inspection, and they were happy to let me know what was important for insurance, and what the most major deficiencies were. They also had great advice on asking for warranties from folks who would be conducting repairs, and overall knowledge of building and electrical code to help me understand if what I was looking at was a major problem or a minor one. They had the inspection report to me same day, and provided the lovely offer of being able to call them anytime to get a refresher or more information on what some of the items were. I would hands down recommend their services!
Word to the wise - get the sewer scope! I loved knowing what I was walking into with this home purchase!
