Emporium group is amazing! They were informative and I felt that I was in good hands. My kitchen and bathroom are now modern and stunning. Prices were great and I am very happy with them. i would recommend them to anyone I know. Thanks guys!!!

I am a designer originally from Vancouver, BC. When I moved to Toronto a good friend of mine recommended I check out Emporium Natural Stones. From meeting the owner and wonderful staff I knew I would enjoy working with them and when I saw pictures of past jobs I was very impressed. I moved forward with giving them a drawing of one of my clients kitchens and they quickly proceeded to give me an estimate which I found reasonable. I moved forward with them and gave them the job. To my surprise the owner himself enjoyed going to the site and helping out his installers... not afraid to get dirty himself. He was kind to his installers as well as other workers that were on site. He was also very kind to answer all my questions. The end result was the most beautiful kitchen counter top I have ever seen. The finished product is hands down the best work anyone can produce. Needless to say, I continue using emporium for all my projects and after all this time I still have not one complaint.

I am a designer and I give all my work to Emporium . My projects range from small to extremely large. From start to finish emporium and all it's staff are professional , courteous and the final product is stunning. I would highly recommend Emporium Natural Stones .

Delays, lack of coordination with kitchen company, unsatisfactory quality of work, poor customer service in general. Trades and office staff were okay. I would gone with another company had I seen the reviews on home stars before signing the contract.

The long store short, the company does NOT do what they promises.

The delays and unprofessionalism of the installers in unbelievable.

Our designer brought us to this company and initially the slabs that we ordered from a supplier were all cracked. So Emporium asked us to use one of their 3 recommended suppliers.

We went to the supplier the same day and ordered new product. Our install date was then pushed 10 days away.

We were then told that it would take 2 days to complete and it took them a total of 10 days and the reason for this is that their guys only stroll in at 2pm and leave at 4pm.

The management is trying to constantly fight for their full payment and I asked for a 10% discount which I feel is very reasonable for the time delays as all the trades were waiting around the stone guys...

Would never recommend them to anyone and I would just say stay away.

Bad experience.

We never got our kitchen countertop project off the ground with Emporium. I arranged in good faith to have their estimator take proper measurements of our kitchen and give us a price on the entire project. When the estimator arrived, he was in such a rush I have to wonder whether all the measurements were accurate. Further he demanded a 50% deposit on the spot, even though he still had major questions unanswered (type of sink, slab joint). Paying to start a job without an understanding of the total cost is completely unacceptable. The man would not take no for an answer, so I ended up offering to pay their site fee for the pleasure of measuring my existing counter ($125). The visit ended with his angry insults as he walked out my door without the full deposit he was looking for. What an experience!

Install of finished product is terrible and their customer service is awful. Not on time, poor response or non to inquiries, they make up their company policies on the fly. I would not recommend this company. They say they are a stand up company but they have failed in proving as much.
Go else where and definitely not to Emporium Stone!
