When my parents was selling their house back in 2009, the buyer brought Keith in to inspect our house. I was impressed by how thorough he was, and asked him for his business card in case we need him in the future. I've gotten married since and bought a new home. The first thing that came in mind was to get Keith to inspect our new home. Keith was very punctual, and paid special attention to a major kitchen tiling issue with the builder that I have brought up. He pays great attention to details and really saved me a lot of $ and trouble down the road when it comes time to sell the home (as now I can get the builder to fix them while still covered by Tarion).
