Being in the market for a home inspection for a prospective condo purchase, I did my research and I decided to use David to do my inspection. Not only were his reviews exemplary, his rates were very reasonable even with additional services. David was friendly, courteous and seemed eager to answer any questions and for me to observe his work (even showing me all the cool things you can see in the a thermal scan). He seemed knowledgeable and even made some minor suggestions to help maintain the place in small ways I thought wouldn't have fallen in the scope of a typical home inspection. The final report was thorough and left me reassured with my purchase. I would recommend him to any one in the market for a home inspection.
