Our entire experience from our initial contact with David to the home inspection this morning was nothing but perfect.
David has the most amazing range of testing instruments for almost everything. He is very thorough, tests everything (all the appliances, heating, plumbing) and climbs everywhere possible (roof, attic). He is very friendly, trustworthy and professional. Going through the home inspection with David is very informative and educational. He is very willing to share. He goes through the key issues with us after the home inspection before he emails us a copy of report within 30 mins after the inspection.
