David provided a very thorough and detailed inspection. Has all top-end equipment and check every single component of the townhouse. He was very informative and willing to provide tips and tricks. Did a full walk-through and answered all questions. Provided a very technical report following the inspection. I am very impressed with his knowledge and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a trust-worthy inspector!
