David Fairbairn is very professional and friendly. He did a very thorough inspection of our unit, the storage room, the parkade and the pool area. He offered to check the roof as well, but we did not have access. David took pictures of anything he thought had an issue or could be improved. I felt like I learned a lot from David. He was very open to answering questions and explained what he was checking for as he went along. David even reviewed the Depreciation report before the inspection. Overall, I was very happy with David's inspection, I felt very comfortable purchasing my home and had a good idea of work that needed to be done and how to do it. Thank you David!
