We could not be present for the physical inspection on our condo purchase. The timeline from offer to inspection to subject removal was less than a week! David was able to schedule our inspection and provide a report with a quick turn-around. He even went through the report with us later that evening via telephone from start to finish. In today’s red hot real estate market in Greater Vancouver, few home buyers ask for home inspection before a purchase decision is made as they fear that this “subject” would eliminate them from the competition. We purchased a property with no “subject”; however, we decided to do the home inspection after possession just to have a peace of mind. We did google search and contacted a few home inspectors with good recommendations. David was the first one who responded to our email and he was the one who is willing to accommodate our schedule to start the afternoon inspection as early as 12:30 pm on Saturday although he was very busy that day.
