Thank you for posting this review Ada. I'm sorry I was the messenger of bad news but it is always my policy that honesty is best. And it's too bad that I no longer do re-roofs, so I won't be able to help you further, and I don't stand to gain anything from telling you that the roof needs to be replaced. I am suspicious of contractors who give "inflated" bad news but then say that they can still help you. If a contractor stands to make a bigger profit off the job then what is to stop them from doing that? I'm happy you trust me and wish you luck with the re-roof project. Thanks Terry. We're happy you are satisfied with out service package. You should be good for a couple years and as long as the window cleaners don't break any more tiles, we shouldn't have to do anything in the near future. Thanks for the great review Ryan. It's always tricky finding a match for old shingles when you don't know who the manufacturer was. We got lucky and found a close color match so you won't be able to tell at all. I'm glad we also found the evidence of leakage so we know we fixed the point of entry. AND, just as important, you got a great new Velux skylight that will give you 20 years of guaranteed thermal efficiency. Can't wait to get the go-ahead to do the remaining skylights you have. No rush though. Whenever you can fit them into your budget.

Thanks for taking the time and writing this review Tony. I know you will immediately enjoy the benefits of the new Velux skylights we installed. The leak was a bit more tricky but I'm confident we found it and since I have not heard back from you, I assume we indeed fixed it! Have me back in a couple years to do a free inspection.
