Tarcon was a huge help in the design of our dream home. We met Giancarlo with a few rough sketches of our vision, and he was able to transform our cookie cutter bungalow into a modern masterpiece. Giancarlo drafted our existing interior survey, and worked through room by room with us; as we squared up our existing footprint, and topped up with a full 2nd floor addition. He helped us push the limits and see it through the committee of adjustments; where we successfully achieved the biggest gross floor area variance in our neighbourhood.
