Wayne installed four flat screen TV's plus in ceiling speakers for my main surround sound system. I was very impressed with Wayne's expertise, knowledge and overall work ethic. He was very meticulous and had many great suggestions of how to improve my setup, he is truly a pro at what he does. He kept coming up with ways to save me money on the install but never skimped on the quality of his work! I cannot say enough about Wayne, I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs his expertise. His price was very fair and reasonable and his quality of work the best I have ever seen!! I was so impressed with Wayne's work that I actually gave him a tip!!

Wayne has in-depth knowledge on the latest audio and visual products. He provides outstanding, professional service with a personal touch. He went well out of his way to accommodate my crazy experience and overall nightmare for a 60” Samsung LED. I dealt with a defective unit that had to be un-mounted for pickup and a new one remounted on separate days. Wayne didn’t hesitate to give me a helping hand to take down and hang my new TV and practically charged me nothing for this.
He has outstanding quality and pride in his work and is very detailed and precise. To be honest it’s like he’s hanging something in his own house and has a lot of price in his workmanship. My wife couldn’t believe how careful he was with everything and loved the fact he brought his own vacuum and cleaned everything up. She also loved the fact there was absolutely NO wiring AT ALL and he used wonderful faceplates for all the wiring that was run. His HDMI, soundbar brackets, surge protector power bars and audio cables saved me a ton of money and are exceptional quality. Overall Wayne provides amazing service.

Wayne did a wonderful job on installing the projector in the basement. He also installed some speaker wires and calibrated the sound to get the best surround sound possible. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Great job.

Before he came to install our unit, I had several question via email and he was quick to response. On the day of installation, Wayne did not rush the job. I stumbled upon HomeSmartZ on Kijiji when I finally decided running speaker wire through my post-construction walls was no task for me. I called Wayne who was pleasant to deal with right from the get go. He stopped by my house within hours of my call to take a look and provide me with an estimate. While he was looking around the house, I came to realize Wayne also provides home networking support. I'd been experiencing lag in that department so also asked for him to add optimizing my home networking to the work order.

On the day of the job, Wayne arrived on-time and well prepared for the task ahead of him. Wayne provided all of the hardware (Mounting brackets, wire etc.) My home was no easy job (No easy access points, irregularly shaped room etc.), but Wayne had all the tools required to complete the job. I'm extremely satisfied with the Speaker set-up. Wayne also provided post-install support and configured the system to sound great in my room. As for the networking, Wayne moved the location of my router (Office to Living Room), and created a network jack from an existing cat5 phone outlet. All of my Audio/Video components are not set-up via network hard-wire (All hidden), so no more lag when streaming. My Wifi is also better than ever thanks to the now central location of the WiFi router.

I would recommend Wayne and his services, without hesitation! I will use Wayne and HomeSmartZ in the future, that is certain.
