Rupert and Brown were excellent workers and left a lasting impression. Twelve Points Air were able to accommodate our request for a Saturday service where other vendors could not. being a commercial property, it was extremely important for us not to affect normal operations by having this maintenance done, and both these gentlemen not only completed the task in a timely fashion, they were able to get it done before the forecasted completed time.
I would not hesitate to recommend them for any residential or commercial duct cleaning requirements.
