I had requested for PLATINUM PACKAGE cleaning and I am happy with their service, because now we can feel better efficiency of our furnace, and even the furnace fan has more air flow than before. They call me a day earlier and came on time. They were very professional and cleaned the ducts and fan exhausts properly. I just realized later that the two vents in the basement did not clean properly, but in overall we are very happy and recommend them.
