Michael was awesome. Checked everything, explained to us what we should repair 1st, important advices etc.

Michael was very thorough in his inspection and uncovered several items that would otherwise have gone unnoticed by others. He also classified the urgency of remediating the issues (immediate, regular maintenance).

Alert - this company incentivizes reviews by offering cash back in return! So please be treat the reviews with a grain of salt. I wish I knew about the practice before I engaged Michael.
My experience with him was different. He came across as lazy as he would not bother to open an Aircon cover at the ground level or move some furniture to look at the walls in the basement. He did not provide me a summary of his findings upon finishing his inspection, just took his money and left. The report came quickly but he would not answer calls on follow up questions and was down right rude on the responding on email. This could have been avoided if he had spent 5 minutes explaining his observations and this would have helped me better negotiate with the Seller. Overall, I did not have a good experience and I would certainly not recommend him due to his work ethic and attitude.

Mike was very thorough and took the time to point out various findings. His report was comprehensive and shared it on the same day of the inspection.

Michael came out to do a home inspection on a new built property. He was knowledgeable about new built homes and was happy to answer my questions. Lucikly there were no major problems, but the inspection gave me peace of mind.
