Bryce did a great job at our home inspection. As first time buyers, we weren’t really sure what to expect and we've heard such bad things about home inspections. However, this, was a breath of fresh air. The report Bryce puts together can be read and understood by anyone. He takes as many photos as possible to show the problems within the house (if there are any, which there usually is) and has diagrams for further explanation. The home inspection only took a few hours, and within 4 hours of the house inspection, he had the report emailed to me. Great service! Great price too! We have already recommended Bryce to a few of our friends and family, and will continue to do so in the future.
