Automatic Garage Door wouldn't open more than 2 inches

I was rushing out and the garage door wouldn't open. I checked some videos on Google for ideas but the basic ones weren't applicable.
After a few questions Nazar said it was a broken coil. Oleh was working not too far away so he was able to get here in about a half hour and fixed it beautifully. He also took care of some minor squeaking - it works like new.
I am very happy with how prompt the service was and would recommend them to anyone.
