An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Knowing that we needed to replace the windows and door in our home, we had several companies come and give quotes. New Look Windows were the best! Alex came in the evening at a time that was suitable for us. He was quiet and patient while he showed us his product. The team that came to install the windows worked quickly and effciently and finished the job in the appropriate time with clean up!
