An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I have to say we were very nervous initially, as I think everyone is with a big purchase that affects your home. Having said that, we were very happy with the whole process. The installers were cautious to protect the floors, were very careful to clean up debris, and did a an excellent job. We’re still shocked with how quickly they worked. We were very happy to see such a large crew on site given the questionable weather. The windows look great! I’m also very glad you stopped in to check up on things. I think it helps cut through the stress a bit when you know the job is being monitored and the Sales rep and person doing the measurements are back the day of install.
Overall we’d be happy to recommend your company in the future. In fact we’re already planning to contact you again in 2016 to replace the few remaining windows we didn’t switch out during the initial install.
