An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We had all the windows in our house replaced with vinyl windows and our sliding patio door and front door. Alex was very easy to work with...he made everything extremely clear and he really knows his product! My husband and I are incredibly happy with the way everything turned out. From the initial contact with New Look right up to our installation team...awesome people! They were very professional and considerate of all our concerns. The installers were hard working and precise with their work.
