We received a quote from New Look for the Doors in our home.
The sales rep was very knowledgable and truly believes in the quality of the product.
He answered all our questions and even showed us a sample of what we would be purchasing which made our decision easy.
The installation crew were awesome! They removed our old doors and disposed of them for us and installed the new doors quickly and efficiently.
They were very professional and cleaned up all debris.We already receiving a lot of compliments.

New Look worked twice in my house and I'm very satisfied with the quality of the finished product. They replace all windows for my house. very happy with the product and service. Alex the sales rep is very helpful, installer Roman is very responsible. i will recommend this company to everyone!!!

Last weekend we had all windows and doors of our house replaced by New Look and were impressed by the excellent product and service. From the day of initial consultation with Alexander to the installation completed by Roman and his team, we found them to be professional, respectful and very responsible. Alexander and Roman ensured that we had a good understanding of the design and quality of the product, as well as installation process and time line. We had all windows (brick to brick) and all doors along with storm doors replaced. We would like to mention that the price was fair. New windows along with doors keep our house very well insulated! We have noticed that we do not need to spend more on heating.We feel very happy with the results and overall experience with the service provided. Excellent product, excellent personality and people skills demonstrated by Alex and Roman and their team!, We will definitely hire these guys again should we require new windows and doors in another house! Right from the start I've had a positive experience with New Look Windows and Doors, our sales representative was very knowledgable allowing us to make the right choices for our front door and garage doors. On the day of install, he arrived to ensure everything was on track and as we had expected. Our installers were very friendly and personable. They took their time to ensure things were done right and cleaned up when they left. New look and his crew installed three sets of Doors in my house . I can not tell you how pleased I am with the quality and workmanship, and reasonably priced too. These doors have made a huge improvement to the overall look of my property, as well as adding so much additional sunlight inside the house. Friends and family have all commented on how well the job was done. I would not hesitate to recommend New Look to anyone. Well done !
The only reason i've put the 'satisfcation' level at 4/5 is becuase the doors have only been in the house for a couple of weeks - a more fair assessment can be provided down the road.

We called New Look based on the neighbors recommendations . Like our neighbors , we also found that they provide top-notch customer service and we are also very happy with the new windows . The installation was on time and at a very competitive price. We especially liked that we were given all the relevant information at the initial meeting about how to choose the right windows for us. We will definitely call New Look again when it is time to replace other windows.

The New Look representative was very knowledgeable about the products & services of the company. Provided excellent service during the choosing of the windows & doors. Wide variety of styles & colours to choose from. The installers deed very good work, were very careful not to damage anything & once the job was completed, the clean up was so thorough that you couldn't tell that any work had been done. We are looking forward to the hot summer because all our windows come with a special coating and gas between glass and we expect our air conditioner to work less.VERY SATISFIED _ HIGHLY RECOMMEND
