An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I was writing to tell you that the person you sent us ,did an absolutely outstanding job at our place. Not only was the cleaning top notch, but she was a delightful person to have in our home. She dealt with animals very well, and was particularly friendly and listened to all our requests and comments with care and attention. She was very attentive and really went above and beyond the call of duty in making sure we were happy with her work.
We were really impressed with her and cannot commend her enough for the fabulous job she did. I hope you let her know how happy we are with her performance.
