AGM Renovations

2016. We really had a smooth and efficient project and really enjoyed our basement after. We mo Ed recently and decided to finish our basement with AGM again. We had unfortunately 2 project managers leave the company while our project was being done. They failed to book trades and our project took 3 times longer than expected. The second project manager was also rude and unprofessional. Our 3rd project manager was great he came in assessed work done. Ensured the project was completed well and quickly. He really turned around the project and in the end we were happy.

My bathroom reno was done within a reasonable time and AGM crew was very professional and very curtious. The project manager Francesco was professional.We love our new bathroom and we would highly recommend AGM!

We had AGM Renovations do both of our bathrooms. Because we had both done one after the other we were able to save some cost, as well as being able to take advantage of a seasonal promotion. Even though we had some problems with the first construction team, Jason D, the project manager for AGM, insisted that some of the work be redone to his and our satisfaction. We are happy with the final outcome of both projects and appreciated the cordiality of Jason the project manager and Henry the construction manager.

Great experience. Quality was excellent and very happy with the overall result. Any issues that popped up during construction were handled promptly and professionally by AGM staff. Project started and finished on time. Highly recommended!

AGM contractors were very helpful in walking me through the condo approval process and the steps involved in my condo reno. As well they were always on time and answered my questions in a timely manner. The contractors also were able to identify innovative solutions to various challenges that impacted my condo reno to ensure the project was completed as soon as possible.

We had a very good crew led by Amir in finishing our 2 bathrooms.

The work was done simultaneously as requested. The work done to protect the front hall,
stairs and hallway was great. Amir and his team were very good in speaking to us to point any any issues.

They also were very respectful of checking in at the end of the day and showing us the status of work.

We encountered some technical issues with one of the mirrors and shower column but AGM was good to reorder and replace them. Overall we were very satisfied with the work done for the washrooms.

AGM Basements finished our basement. Our basement size is 1900 sq. feet and any project this size is bound to have unforeseen challenges; however, AGM was very open to suggestions and changes where it made sense. I was very impressed with their project manager Ilja’s professionalism and helpful nature. Despite of global logistic issues, they were able to finish our project with minimal delay.
Area of improvement: I will recommend AGM Basements to extend and work on their design phase.
Overall: I will give them a 5/5 Star review.

Excellent work by all trades involved in the reno. Also, a shout-out to our Project Manager, Mike, who did a great job keeping the project on track, was empathetic to our needs, and very responsive to our questions and concerns. Overall, we were highly satisfied with the end product, believe we received good value for the money invested, and would definitely recommend AGM.

Quality of the materials and workmanship was good. I am happy there is 5-year warranty on the work done that gives me peace of mind. Project manager Kyle handled project well. We recommend AGM to other prospective homeowners.
