AGM Renovations

The workmanship and quality of work is top notch by the bathroom contractor Vadym. The only issue was for scheduling which cause extreme delay on completion of the renovations. We are very happy with the results!

On time and very professional. Excellent work. Evaldi the project manager was responsive and the workers were experienced and great. We love our basement and will recommend AGM renovations to others.

The basement reno was supposed to be 28 business days it went to 9 weeks. Sometimes no one would come and no one would tell us why. Pm was not proactive telling us the schedule, I had to call the PM every time.
Final product was great though, quality of the basement was excellent. The electrician and finisher - handyman were both excellent professionals. Design team was also excellent. The project management side issues prevented me from giving 10/10. Overall we love the basement.

Washroom reno was excellent. This was done after the basement renovations was completed. Project start was delayed as we were waiting for the basement renovation to finish. It restored my faith in AGM Renovations. Ivan and William was an exemplary team to work with. I reported previously of a shower head leak but this may be resolved. The quality of the final product was exemplary ! William was very good in communicating the status of the project.

Very good quality products. Lots of solid options. Did a feature wall with niches and stone work the looks beautiful. Ivan our project manager was great and took care of any questions or issues we had in an efficient manner.

Quick response to our inquiry and good workmanship. All contractors were professional, polite, and extremely tidy with their work. All concerns were addressed quickly and we are thrilled with the finished product. Thank you.

Start of this project was fairly bumpy as someone dropped the ball on permits so project started almost 2 months after the original start date. Once the project manager took it over the process was greatly improved. Ron worked hard to ensure our project was completed and he was very responsive to emails and texts and strived to resolve any any issues as they arose. Ron restored my faith in the AGM machine. Customer service so far has been very good. Catalogue of materials you can choose from could have more choices , not sure if this was Covid related. Overall happy with the end result.

Quality of workmanship was very good but I found the length of the project too long. It should not take 5 weeks for a small bathroom renovation. There were days that no one was here working.

My basement has come in better than expected. AGM delivered exactly as advertised. Jason was proactive every step of the way. We will be using AGM again for kitchen and bathroom

From our comprehensive contract to the last hinge in our cabinet door, AGM was a fantastic company to have for our basement reno and I would happily hire them in the future. They had a team of amazing professionals that completed each step with such quality workmanship, and our assigned project manager, Kyle, went above and beyond to ensure every last detail was completed to our satisfaction. Highly recommended! I'm very satisfied with the quality workmanship, quick turnaround, and the inconvenience from construction was held to a minimum. From top to bottom, everyone were very professional, friendly and respectful of your home. I appreciated the weekly communication which included construction plans for the following week.
