AGM Renovations

We hired AGM to renovate our basement. They did an excellent job! We were well taken care of by the sales staff (Dave) and the design staff (Gloria) in the first phase. The workmanship was stellar from the framing & drywall installers, to the tapers to the tiler! AGM's handyman Jeff was also very pleasant to work with. The cleaning staff were very quick and thorough! We would highly recommend AGM to our friends and family for their exceptional quality of service.

We are very happy with our Basement Renovation with AGM Basement Renovations. The designer and the project management team were very efficient at designing and managing the Basement Renovation. Steliano, Mark, Victoria and Valentina handle the entire project to perfection. There were lot of bulk heads in basement, but the project and design team came up with best solution to achieve flat and high ceiling in the basement.
My only concern is, the selection of material should be in person and not online, so that we have real-time view and comparison of colour palettes.

This was a stressless project. From day one from our initial consult right through to the completion of the project, all of our questions were answered, any issues were resolved quickly with the guidance of the project management and tradesmen. The quality of the work and fininshings surpassed our expectations. The complete renovation of our basement took less than two months, again surpassing our expectations. 5 YEAR WARRANTY!! We approached AGM to finish our basement after seeing their ad on CP24. Right from the initial consultation, to the design process and finally the renovation itself it was a very smooth sail. The basement was finished beautifully without much interference from us. AGM workers are very professional and experienced. They were helpful and courteous. They were following COVID protocol throughout by always wearing mask. We are very pleased with the remodelling work done by AGM in our basement! It gives us peace of mind that the work is backed by 5 year warranty. I definitely don’t think we will ever need the warranty but it’s there just in case! Great staff and great tradesmen! We highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone!

Overall a very positive experience with AGM. Our designer, Alexandra, was truly excellent to work with - great ideas and did a good job incorporating our style into what materials were available (which is no easy feat in current covid times with product shortages and delays across all industries!) The tradespeople were polite and friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Our PM Mike was very personable and did his best to keep everything running on schedule despite lockdowns and other complications. We love how our basement looks and functions and would use AGM again in the future.

We used AGM to renovate our basement. The process was seamless and we are really happy with the final product. Our PM Alex was amazing and made sure everything we asked for was included. The trades were very professional and polite. We added lots of upgrades and unique things which were all accommodated. We did have to do a bit of legwork ourselves on our wood burning fireplace but Omar helped us bring our vision to life with his great handywork. I wish AGM did more then basements as we would use them again to do other parts of our house!
