Since meeting Mohammed at the home show, I wouldn't trust AGM to install a bag of popcorn into a microwave.
We've set up an appointment for someone to come to our home this weekend. Today, I've received no less than a dozen calls, texts, and e-mails to confirm the appointment (the first three all within an hour). I have confirmed the appointment, and even received an acknowledgement that it's confirmed.
The calls keep coming.
I called their team to tell them to stop calling me, and if I get one more call I would cancel the appointment because how can I trust a company that can't keep information straight to handle my project? They claim they never got my confirmation (odd since I have their acknowledgement), but would send a note out to the team to stop calling.
2 minutes later.....another call. Because the previous agent apparently entered it in as a new lead. That, or this new agent couldn't read the instructions properly.
An absolute joke. Contemplating keeping the appointment to see them come out prepared for finishing a basement rather than a bathroom remodel so I can have a laugh.
