Craftsmanship was good. Supply chain was screwed due to covid however they were able to obtain materials and complete the project well. Design process was great. Lots of solutions for my super old house.

*EDITED REVIEW* - Awful after completion of service and warranty

Originally I was very please with AGM and their on project service. That is definitely no longer the case. We spent extra to get a beautiful shower, and this was not provided.

At project completion I had an issue with the craftsmanship of the shower. I was told to issue a warranty claim for a fix. I was told to wait till the summer time to issue my claim. Upon issuing my claim in July it takes them until NOW (October) to tell me they are not honouring my claim.

See for yourself on my photos. Do not trust AGM to do your basement, or their warranty process.
