The paint job was corrected and we are happy with the basement. Great job in the end by AGM basements. Overall we are happy with the project. Would recommend this company.

Overall, we had a very good experience with AGM.

Things started out a bit rough with our designer Alexandra, but she redeemed herself when it mattered. We then started dealing with Mike from the sales department. He was very good to start off with, but then when we had questions about the contract, he yawned his way through most of our conversation about it and acted very rudely. Once the contract was signed, he completely ignored us.

We were then handed over to our project manager Thanu, who was very attentive to our needs. He showed up at least once a week to check things out, and was on top of the scheduling and the tradespeople. The timing of the project exceeded our expectations, and the workmanship is exceptional. At the end of the project there were 2 outstanding items, one which should be handled soon (chip on the vanity), and the other which I'm not sure will be handled because we signed off on the project. The handrail didn't really match the stairs and flooring, and they insisted that there was nothing they could do about it. I should've insisted that they take care of it before signing off. Lesson learned.

Our basement renovation was designed and constructed by AGM and we are delighted with our end result! We loved the fact that this was a turn key project and coordinated by a project manager who was always there to answer our questions. The trades staff were skilled, professional and hardworking and the results are everything we hoped for.

AGM did a great job! Colton, Courtney were awesome in managing the project. All the trades were great - especially Carl (tiler), Yuri (electrician), Benson (plumber) and Eugene (handyman) was the best! Considering COVID-19, the project went rather smoothly.

We engaged AGM Renovations to complete our basement project. Our experience was great from the moment we started. The team was very professional and completed our project on time especially given the constraints of COVID. Colton our project manager was fantastic and kept us up to date on what to expect. The team was great!

Blame it on Covid but project took four weeks longer then it should. A project manager that managed a site by text and I never personally met. Think he was on site twice.

I hired AGM to complete an unfinished basement. They designed the floorplan and completed construction in just over 3 weeks. Not bad given the current shutdown due to Covid-19. All the trades were excellent and performed top notch work. We only had two issues, which included an accessible vanity that needed to be adjusted to be usable. This was done extremely quickly and then followed up on to ensure it was satisfactory. The second issue was a sliding door that was swapped for a double door by the designer. This would normally not be a problem, but for an accessible room it should have been obvious that it wouldn't work. Overall, we were very happy with the service and would not hesitate to work with them again.

Everyone from the company was extremely professional and courteous to make sure the client is happy. Issues got addressed by the project team right away. Under the leadership of the project manager Elvira, the team was able to deliver the project ahead of schedule with quality work. Would not hesitate to do work with AGM again.

AGM did a fantastic job to finish my basement. The workers were very professional and some of them went above and beyond to make my basement look great! The project manager Courtney was great. She always kept me in the loop and always was on top of things to get all the trades coordinate the work. The project finished on time and we are pleased! Definitely would recommend to all my friends and family
