We contracted Riverstone to install a new system.
From first contact Riverstone presented as a very professional company. Nino called the same day we contacted Homestars looking for possible contractors. He arrived when he said he would to give us an estimate as well as the day of installation.
The Riverstone crew was extremely professional, easy to have on the property and left the it as they found it. The install was completed in 1 day and is well laid out.

I had a Reno done at my place last year and I needed to realign and connect my irrigation’s system. I searched for a company that was willing to come and take a look. I called Nino and he immediately came and introduced himself. He then arranged for his guys to come out the next day and they fixed everything and set me up.

This year, I had an issue with one of my Sprinler heads. I called Nino and again, the service was amazing. Quick response time and the job was done within hours. These guys are very reliable and k ow what they are doing. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a system or a repair.

Nino and his guys are great to deal with. Fast and reliable. No mess at the end of the job. Best of all when you call them with anything after the job is done they are there to support you. They don't give advice just to make money. They want the job done right. Annual service is a breeze. They come and take care of things within minutes. Reasonable price and fun to deal with.

We had Riverside install a drip irrigation system in the front and backyard of our home. Along with the quality of their work which was excellent a couple of other things made them stand out in comparison to other sprinkler companies. Firstly Nino returned my call quickly and came when he said he would. His team completed the job within a day and although they had to lift patio stones and move plants when they left you would never have guessed they were there. Stephano took the time to explain the system and answered all my questions. There is a high degree of customer service with this company.
In comparison to other sprinkler companies who were rated high on Homestars they exceeded in key areas even before they did the job. Some didn’t return my call or called back and said they would set up a time for a quote but they never called back. I called them a few times but no response. Disappointing for sure.

Laat summer we had Nino and tean nstall an inground sprinkler system. It helped ttemendously on improving the condition of our lawn. We had them close to flush out the water before winter.

When I went to open the system up again this past weekend I noticed the system turning on immediately after turning on the water. Even with the main controls turned off.

A call to Nino was all I had to do. He explained exactly what to do over the phone and the 2min adjustment had things operating properly again. This was a procedure as a result of the closing last year.

It was a quick fix at no addtional charge. Thanks again Nino for the ezcellent service!

Nino and the team did a great job! Competitive bid but just as important!! They showed up on time and installed our sprinkler system on time with a very clean job at the end of the day and also showed us the entire system running and covering our whole lawn area, and also showing us how to program the controller. Nino and his team did an amazing job and we couldn't be happier. We had a terrible system in place that gave us trouble from day one and that quite on us two years ago. We tried to repair or replace it last year but know one would come out due to COVID. This year I thought I'd try again and stumbled upon Riverstone Irrigation on Homestars and boy am I happy that I did. Nino was at my house the same morning to provide a quote. He assessed the situation and took the time to fully explain what he thought was needed. He quoted a fair price for the work and later that day I gave him the okay to proceed. By the end of the week his crew was at my home, on time, and immediately got to work. As they started to determine where my Rogers line was so as not to cut the line, somehow my services got cut (Rogers is notorious for doing terrible installs that always fail the moment you touch them). With me working from home and having a deadline, no internet was a problem but Nino's son and his team member sprang to action and did everything they could to get me back up and running....and they did. The crew removed my old system and all the lines and sprinkler heads and replaced them with better lines and far more heads then I could ever imagine. Halfway through the work we had a last minute addition request that required pulling up some of our interlocking. Nino and his crew made it happen and came back the next day to make it better, just to ensure we were totally happy. And the end of the day, they left my home in pristine condition. If not for the cuts to to sod that are required to install the lines, you would never have known they were here. They system is amazing and every inch of grass, trees and plants is covered. We couldn't be happier. I sincerely recommend these guys. They work hard, they are super friendly, they are true to their word and I am so happy that I decided on going with them. Thank Nino and crew for everything, we really appreciate it.

Riverstone Irrigation is a contractor that you dream of finding. From initial contact, to job scheduling, and every step of the way, quick responses and on time. The crew know what type heads to use, and where to place them, beyond what I was expecting. I am not sure how many heads we have, but there are a lot of them for 20 zones. We made a few changes and added some extra features, and no extra cost. At the end, we were given a bag of extra parts to fine tune the flower box and drip line heads when we did the final walk around to see how it all worked. All of this and a very friendly courteous crew doing the work with a lot of respect for the property, and our needs. Well done guys, looking forward to when we can start using the new system.
