The Air Force Duct cleaning team did a great job cleaning our ducts. They were on time, courteous and cleaned up after themselves. If they had to move furniture they put it back into in place. They were also proactive, putting in a new furnace filter before leaving and a few alterations to make it easier for themselves or another duct cleaning service next time we needed them cleaned. We had Riverside install a drip irrigation system in the front and backyard of our home. Along with the quality of their work which was excellent a couple of other things made them stand out in comparison to other sprinkler companies. Firstly Nino returned my call quickly and came when he said he would. His team completed the job within a day and although they had to lift patio stones and move plants when they left you would never have guessed they were there. Stephano took the time to explain the system and answered all my questions. There is a high degree of customer service with this company. In comparison to other sprinkler companies who were rated high on Homestars they exceeded in key areas even before they did the job. Some didn’t return my call or called back and said they would set up a time for a quote but they never called back. I called them a few times but no response. Disappointing for sure. Nino is very knowledgeable and is highly experienced as is his team. I highly recommend Riverside Irrigation!

The soft close on our garbage drawer was broken. In order to repair it the entire inside unit had to be replaced. Initially the job was not done by Paul and I was disappointed with the end result. Paul came himself and fixed it to my satisfaction. He wanted to ensure I was satisfied which I really appreciated.

We needed to replace three skylights that were the plastic domes with more energy efficient glass ones. Brady has been in the skylight business for a number of years and was very knowledgeable when we asked questions. We went to market for competitive quotes and his quote was the best we received. The quality and timeliness of his work was excellent. There was no indication internally or externally that he was even there when the job was done. Brady meticulously cleaned up not only our property but the debris that flew over to our neighbors. I would highly recommend him if you need skylights.

We needed to build a new fence similar to the one on the other side of our yard when we bought the house. The fence was higher than average and the boards were varying widths. To make it more challenging the boards had to match up with those on the garage so it looked continuous. Danilo and his team did a very good job with a more complex fence and we were more than satisfied with the end result. He is a highly conscientious guy who works to ensure his customers are satisfied. Good to work with and responsive. We had an issue over timing due to the large amount of rain we have had this spring and overall he was responsive in keeping us informed also we understood that it was something beyond his control. The site was left clean at the end of every day and they worked on a Saturday and the Monday of a long weekend to get the job done. I would use his company again and have referred him to our neighbours who need some work done. James

Luigi and his team painted our home last fall. They had it completed in three days and overall did a great job. When they left everything was cleaned up well. When I noticed that the paint was coming off on the front porch a month later I called Luigi and he sent someone out in the spring to sand and repaint it. I would use them again. Especially since they responded so well when there was an issue to deal with. JB Toronto

Berlon of Loni Aluminum provides high quality work and excellent customer service. When we needed to have our home sided we received quotes from four diffierent contractors. After completing references we decided to go with Loni Aluminum. Their price was competitive but most importantly Berlon was highly responsive to any questions or concerns we had about the project. He would respond in most cases within an hour or less. His overall attitude made it clear that he was there to ensure you were satisfied with the work he did and most importantly you knew he wanted the business. The project took over two weeks to complete and during that time Berlon was there every day and if there was a day he couldn't be there he told us and why. Not like some contractors we have used in the past who just didn't show up. The quality of work was exceptional. Bleron is an honest customer focused business man who takes pride in his work and it showed in the end result.
