From the moment I called Sherwin, he was very courteous, friendly and professional. On the day of the appointment, due to bad weather, he called to say he'd be late. Upon arrival, he explained thoroughly the work that needed to be done and preventative options (which would involve extra costs). Sherwin took the time to review the videos, explain squirrel behaviours and answered all of our questions without rushing. All throughout the process, there was never any pressure to do more than we were comfortable with. My husband, who is very particular and cautious about working with service providers, was impressed with Sherwin's honesty and non-pushy attitude. Today, Sherwin has installed the one way door, put down wire mesh around all of our openings (preventative measure) and will return in two weeks time to remove the one way door and replace chewed vent cover. To ease my anxiety, he told me to anticipate squirrel noise for several more days until the weather warms up but promises they can't come back in once they leave.
