Keith's expertise is exceptional. He not only fulfilled the job he was hired for, but went above and beyond in addressing our concerns. This rental property is now home to a newborn, and as a grandmother, I find it crucial that the air quality is safe for the baby, particularly considering the potential hazards found in the ductwork of new constructions.
Keith spent an additional 45 minutes sealing the ductwork, which had been improperly installed by the
builders. He demonstrated exceptional professionalism by taking this extra step, even though it was outside the
scope of his initial job.
The furnace, now 10 years old, has a leaking oil. Keith's honest and thorough assessment of the situation is
commendable. His business rightfully deserves the
recognition and awards it has received. It's refreshing to
encounter such honesty, integrity, and respect in customer service.
I cannot recommend this business highly enough for furnace maintenance and duct cleaning. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is truly
impressive.
On a side note, renters often find that paying out of pocket to elevate rental properties to quality standard of health. This should be a regulated issue for Landlords and should be mandatory for builders. Along with an increase in honest inspectors in the City of Calgary. Given the recent increases in mortgage rates, lack of housing, taxes and inflation . It is understandable as well as
disheartening when a simple request, such as replacing moldy washer rubber, is met with resistance due to
these increases.
We need more businesses such as this one to step up and build a stronger community.
