I have used Sam to fix a problem I had with a gas oven last year, so when my gas dryer started to squeal, I knew who to call.
From the first call, to the scheduling of the appointment, to letting me know exactly when he was on his way to service my dryer was A +.
Sam identified the issue with the dryer, told me the cost to fix it, and approximately how much time it would take.
After I agreed to the repair, he cleaned my dryer thoroughly, and fixed the problem. The damaged part was given back to me.
