I contacted JSN when I noticed my oven was not heating up during pre-heat. As I had JSN help me in the past I messaged then and got an immediate reply.
Appointment was made and Sam arrived on time within the times mentioned. He came prepared with the potential parts even before doing a full diagnostic. Sam took the time to explain the cause of burnt coils while charging the parts within a reasonable timeframe.
JSN even followed up a few days later to ensure the problem was fixed and there were no issues.
Based on efficiency and knowledge I wont hesitate to call JSN again for any future appliance repair needs.
