Two months ago my refrigerator stopped working properly. I called JSN in the morning and that same evening Ayman dropped by to diagnose the problem. He was very professional and took apart the fridge panel very carefully to find out what was wrong. He ordered the part that required replacement and within two to three days he came back to install it. In the meantime he made a temporary repair so that the fridge would stay cool. I would definitely contact JSN if I have any future problems with any of my appliances.
