Had an issue with the dishwasher not providing water. Sam figured the issue out and ordered the part. I had no issue with the $60 service call as it comes off of your final bill. I just felt that the rate was a bit steep (total bill) for about a 10 minute repair. He was very friendly and did arrive on the date and time he had promised.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review for our work. Sorry to hear that our total bill was a bit steep. Just for clarification that the job has been done in 45 minutes not in 10 minutes & the total invoice for part & labour was $250 not $300 as indicated above. Also all our labour rates are flat rates based on what job is required to be done no matter if it's done in 45 minutes or 2 hours that's all based on our experience.
