For the past few years Philip from PMT Home Services has been doing my window cleaning- inside and out. A few days ago he cleaned my eavestroughs and windows so that they would be done before Passover. Wow what a difference this past winter really created a mess. As always Philip was punctual, respectful and did an amazing job at a great price. I highly recommend Philip and PMT Home Services.

I've used this company for many years to clean my windows and fix my eaves troughs and they have been nothing but excellent and extremely reasonable. This winter I used this company to refinish my hardwood floors and paint the interior of my home. They did a great job and I would highly recommend their services.

Philip and Arseny did a wonderful job cleaning my windows and eaves, and for a very reasonable price. After the eaves cleaning was completed they discovered that some of the nails on my eaves troughs became loose over time and suggested installing brackets to re secure them to prolong their life span. This was again done for a very fair price. They were very honest and professional with the job and I would recommend them for anybody with the same issues.

I was referred to PMT Home Services by a friend of mine and couldn't be more thrilled. Philip and his crew came to my condo and cleaned the balcony windows and interior windows. With all the construction going on, they had to be clean!!! What a difference I notice! Philip even cleaned the glass balcony railing for no extra charge. I look forward to having him come back in the summer time to do it again.

Philip from PMT Home Services is always an absolute pleasure to deal with. He is very knowledgable in home services and answers all of my questions without hesitation. He has been cleaning my windows for the past four years. Recently, my downspout fell off my house due the snow and wind. It was bent and broken so Philip recommended a replacement since mine could not be reused. He was also able to match the colour to my eavestrough (sandlewood). I was very impressed in how quick his service was, and that he was able to come out on such short notice. I also appreciate him taking the time to work in such cold weather conditions. Him and his team are reliable and I would recommend them to anybody. I look forward to seeing Philip again in the summer for my window cleaning.

Philip and his team were excellent to deal with. They cleaned our eavestroughs and repaired a piece that had been blown away by the wind storm. They also secured loose downpipes and left no mess. We will definitely use them in future and won't hesitate to recommend them to our family and friends.

With just one visit, Philip from PMT Home Services has turned me into a lifetime customer. I called PMT one morning, and explained to Philip that our eavestroughs were overflowing during moderate to heavy rain. Philip made an appointment and even gave me a reminder call the night before the appointment. Philip and his crew showed up on time, and were extremely courteous and professional. They quickly found and repaired the problem. After a quick examination, they said the troughs were in very good shape, and recommended installing brackets around the entire house to secure the troughs to the fascia, which would buy me another 10-15 years. Other companies were only interested in replacing the entire system, at 5 times the cost. I will definitely use PMT Home Services in the future for regular cleaning and maintenance, and highly recommend them to anyone with eavestrough issues.

Philip at PMT Home Services was fantastic to deal with. He repaired and replaced my eaves and downspouts. Before doing the work, he explained all the steps and showed me the new material and hinges that he would be using for maximum effect. Philip also was able to redirect one of the downspouts along the fence so that I would not have to alter or cut the wood. He was professional, courteous and a pleasure to deal with and his workmanship was superior. I have already recommended him to several neighbours. Philip will be the first one I call when I need more work and also in the spring to keep my eaves clean! Thank you!

Philip at PMT Home Services is very professional and excellent to work with. He has been cleaning my eaves for a few years now and does an amazing job at a reasonable price. Philip most recently disconnected and redirected a down spout that was causing flooding in my basement and was able to match the existing down spout colour (ivory). I am totally impressed with the job he did, how responsive he is and how reasonable his rates are. I would recommend him without question!
