Philip and his crew have been cleaning our windows and eavestrough for a number of years. They have done excellent work. Philip communicates well and promptly. PMT Home Services has my highest recommendation.

Phil and his team did an amazing job on our house. We wanted to modernize and freshen up the look of our Eaves, soffit and fascia. They were originally white and Phil changed them to all black which made a huge difference. Thank you PMT home services for your quality work!

Philip provided two quotes one is partial replacement and the other is whole house replacement. There was no pressure during the selection process. He explained thoroughly on pros and cons. In the end We decided to perform whole house replacement. Team came promptly completed the work in one day. Very efficient. Clean up. Philip did a walkthrough in the end. It was a smooth process. Highly recommend.

Based on Homestars reviews, I called Philip to clean the eavestroughs at my house . I was so pleased with his work and that of his crew that I had them clean the eavestroughs at 2 family members' houses as well. Not only did they get rid of all the leaves and debris that had accumulated in the gutters, they unclogged downspouts and made minor repairs along the way. Philip communicates in a timely manner with no surprises. I will definitely be calling them again next year.

Fantastic company to deal with - very professional, courteous, and efficient. The owner provided us with regular updates when the weather wasn't cooperating and the team of two showed up promptly at the scheduled time. They did a great job and even fixed a few issues with our gutters that we didn't even know about! Don't hesitate to contact hem - we're looking forward to having them come next spring to pressure wash and stain our back deck.

Philip and his team did an outstanding job of window cleaning and gutter cleanout. I have a big house. This wasn't easy (I found out) since gutter guards had been screwed down on top. Obviously earlier cleaning companies didn't really get all the muck that was clogging out downspouts. No extra charge for this extra work. Very ethical company. Will spread the word to my neighbours.
