Small window in backyard was missed. Called a couple times and they came after about a week. Appreciated callback from the same person who initially came to my door when advertising their company services and issue was eventually rectified. Would definitely recommend them, especially knowing it is helping students. They also did the asphalt sealing and repair on my driveway. It looks brand new! Job well done.

We were impressed with the service the first year so we booked them again for the second year. That was a mistake. We had nothing but issues with every aspect of the job. Scheduling was painful as we were rescheduled then they split the job for interior and exterior. Said they were going to show up then didn't. Saying they could not locate the house. Said they called, but with they never did as call display and call history never showed an attempt to call. Once they actually made it out they missed 1/2 the lower level. This meant a repeat visit was required. Well this was another scheduling nightmare filled with no shows. And above all else the quality of the work was not the same as the first year either. It took approximately 3 months for them to complete a 3 hour job. It also cost my wife hours of lost contract revenues as she had to reschedule over and over and cancel appointments. Once the job was finally complete then the bombardment of calls for payment.

I will definitely NOT recommend.

Great work by professionals... They completed the work in record time ... our windows are sparkling ... LOve these guys... Would recommend to anyone that expects professional work for their money.

Our family was putting our house up for sale, so we decided to hire A+ to take care of our windows and frames. Very satisfied with the service! The guys came right on time and worked quick, efficiently and left the windows spotless. Will definitely recommend to others! Very easy booking A+ as well

Already used this company twice and both times I was very happy for their service. Used them to clean windows inside as well including screens. Was very impressed on how quickly this job was done and with absolutely no mess inside the house. Also when asked to do a few extras on the deck outside the crew was very accommodating. Crew was always polite. Would use them again and again.

They went around all outside windows, and took care to remove window track dirt.

A plus has been cleaning my windows for several years now. Sometimes twice each year. I have found them to be fast, reliable, and professional. Most importantly they do an excellent job!

Appointment booked, and then confirmed by phone prior to the date of service. Window cleaners arrived on time, and did their job well. Cleaners were respectful of our home, and left everything in working order. Windows looked great after they were finished their job.

Scheduled a visit for last week but it rained so they rescheduled me for between 9 and 12 today. Beautiful weather. Yesterday confirmed they would come. No one showed up. I called at 2:00, nobody there to answer the phone or return email. Called the rep who booked the service, and he said he'd find the cleaners and call me back. No call back. So hoping they will get in touch with me soon, because I would like this work done, and from what I read they do good work and price seems quite good. Just disappointed so far.

So eventually they came a few weeks later, after a story about their car breaking down and not having my correct phone number. A few weeks later, due to rain delays, they came, seemed to do a good job, but once they left i noticed my front windows were still dirty, and the gutter that I could see was also still dirty. Called the company about it, and also paid them, though I shouldn't have. Said they'd send someone out to look. A few weeks later nobody had come, so I asked again and they did send someone immediately. But, they said, as the earlier cleaners had said, the front windows had a calcium buildup that couldn't be cleaned. Really, I've never had such a problem before. The guy cleaned out one part of my gutter, but not the rest. I emailed again to say I really want the front window clean and the rest of the gutters, but no reply so far, and it's been a week. Note, they use sub-contractors, so maybe their other contractors are ok, but I wasn't so happy with Hometek. Though, to be fair, they did pull down a bird's nest that I pointed out after they had put their ladder away. That was above and beyond, so points for that. The two guys who came were quite pleasant as well.

UPDATE Oct 31 - two guys just came by to fix my two issues. They scraped and cleaned the front window that wasn't cleaned well last time around...looks great now. And they cleaned out the gutters that were missed the first time around...took out a whole bunch of crap, and now I'm a satisfied customer (though I wish they had taken the bags of dirt away, now I have to get rid of them). I really appreciate the time the owner of the company took to call me and make sure I was satisfied. Small businesses like this make the effort to fix things that go wrong, and that is worth a lot in my books. Thanks for making it right!
