This has been the worst experience ever. We've waited for weeks for the deficiencies to be corrected and nothing has been finished. We had to take time off work to complete what they couldn't manage to because now we have to work around their schedule!!! We're told we would have a hard and landscaping before we took possession. Two months later we still don't have anything! We're told it would be started 3 weeks ago and still nothing. One excuse after another. The work they have done has been below acceptable. I could do a better job!! Also customer service is disgusting. You don't get to treat people like that. Ignoring people's calls and voicemails and than saying they are basically delusional and never called you?! Wanna see my call history???? How do these people get away with treating people who spend HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of dollars on a product! Disgusting. Will not recommend them to anyone. Ever.
