Shingles on our roof started curling up even though they were only 11 years old besides because of being located at the end of cul-de-sac we got shingles ripped off by strong tunnelling winds few times and we were looking for sturdier and more durable roof material.
My neighbour had a great looking metal roof which he was very happy with since it had been done 6y ago by Vassa so we gave them a call and Tony and his crew didn't disappoint. They got work carefully done, respected our property, cleaned all the debris and in general were very easy to deal with. Moreover they got some extra work done for us at no cost: run an outside exhaust from a bathroom fan which was just blowing into the attic before, removed the old unused furnace exhaust, installed a chimney cap.
We also liked the installation technology which is basically a new metal roof on top of the old one with wood strapping in between which both allows the old roof to "breathe" (no rotting) and creates an additional layer of insulation. I can tell that our 2nd floor rooms feel cooler now even on hottest days and the thermostat sensors prove that the temperature difference between 2nd floor and basement dropped few degrees on really hot days.
As you can likely tell by now we are very satisfied customers and cannot recommend Tony's services enough.
