I needed to have a 44" ceiling fan installed on an 18 ft high ceiling. I had received several quotes before finding John through Jiffy on Demand. John asked for pics to assess the job and was the only one that mentioned the need to have a "heavy duty ceiling box", to anchor the fan. He provided all the costs up front (including additional costs if a proper ceiling box was required). He was punctual (even 10 mins early), professional and personable! The job ended up coming in well under the quotes received...here's why: He confirmed the proper ceiling box was in place (extra time and costs avoided), he made it look easy getting up on that 15ft tall ladder (avoided costs of scaffolding), he was able to do the job without really using the apprentice he brought along (avoiding the costs of a 2-man job) and he was able to do it within the 2 hrs (avoiding additional time charge). John even provided suggestions on fan usage and some other lighting issues I had. Needless to say, I will be using him again very soon! Thank you John... you made my day!
