Mark and Hector were in and out in 2 days. The new eves look great and the downspout locations were carefully placed to get water away from the house.
Where necessary the bottom ends are hinged to allow access down the sides of the house. Didn't even know there was such a thing.

Mark and his crew have completed a very high quality work in replacing our eavestroughs and downspouts. They also installed high quality aluminum leaf guards.
Additionally they replaced the front balcony flat roof and made the drainage more effective.
The work was completed in a timely manner. We were also very happy with the clean up of the site after they completed their work.

This is our second time going with Ontario downspout service. They were excellent the first time so we used them to replace the eavestroughs for the rest of the house, as well as replacing some soffit and fascia. Ontario Downspout Service is an extremely reliable family owned business. Harvey and his son Mark are very responsive, detail oriented and transparent. Their employees are hardworking and professional.
They did an amazing job renewing our shingles, roof vents, eaves and downspouts with high quality materials including zero permeability membrane under-layer. Please see the pictures for the amazing work with the membrane which is the fundamental but often neglected part on roofs. They improved the previous design by explaining the technical reasons behind it.
