When I had a pressing downspout problem and was looking for a reliable, accommodating team that could respond promptly, the strong reviews on HomeStars for Ontario Downspout attracted me to this family run business. Their workmanship wasconsistent with the reviews and I subsequently went on to use them for a bigger project replacing my roof and downspouts. The team is punctual, hardworking and conscientious, cleaning up thoroughly at the end of each day. Mark was there throughout the project and consulted me on all aspects, reviewing next steps to ensure agreement and keeping me informed of progress. They went out of their way working long hours to ensure the project was completed before a predicted storm. I am delighted w the outcome and can highly recommend their service.

Mark and his team did a great job with the eavestrough replacement and downspout reconnect. They were very professional and were always in communication. The clean up was also meticulous.

The cost was for a new roof (and all that goes with it), eavestrough and downspouts. Mark helped with the positioning of the downspouts since they weren't working where they were situated.
What was being done and the cost was spelled out in a contract before the work started so I knew exactly what it would cost with some wiggle room for unexpected cost...which did happen. Does any work ever come in with at the contract price?
Took 2 days from start to finish. Mark and his crew were GREAT! They left the property the way they found it. They swept the property at least twice just to make sure there were no nails, screws around. I just can't say enough about this company. So pleased that I found them!

We were very pleased with the work Marksnd his team did to reshingle our roof. We had shingle damage in the winter as a result of a wind storm and Mark very promptly came to the house to do the repair. After speaking with him then, we decided to proceed with having the roof redone in the spring. On a very cold Sunday in the middle of winter, we found out that our downspout needed to be relocated on an emergency basis. As soon as I found out about the problem, I called over ten different companies that I found on Homestars, but only Mark picked up the phone.

Mark was incredibly busy when we needed the work to be done, but being understanding of the emergency need, he somehow found a way to make time for us. The job was done within a couple of days (which is sooner than some of the other companies I called even called me back).

Our front roof rake was damaged in a storm. Ontario Downspout was extremely responsive and able to help us right away on the same day. Replaced the entire rake in the accurate colour to match the house. High quality service. Definitely would recommend.

I needed a new roof and checked out Ontario Downspout Service reviews. I was impressed and decided to use them, after comparing various companies.
Harvey was professional and prompt with his response to my inquiries, as was Mark.
Mark and his team worked hard and did a fantastic job on the new roof. I had to have plywood installed over my old plywood, as well as new shingles and finally, my chimney needed to be removed. They were amazing and kept the premises clean throughout the time that they were here and did a final clean up at the end.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional and hard working team.
