I hired TVELT Construction after contacting over 10 contractors to quote on my garage conversion. Peeter gave me a price based on what the job was actually worth, not what he thought he could squeeze out of me because I live in a decent neighbourhood in Toronto (which for some reason = $$$$$ to most contractors). He was very transparent with his quote, breaking everything down for me and giving me plenty of options - something none of the other contractors were willing to do (I wonder why...). Peeter and his crew poured a new concrete pad complete with in floor heating, installed a 12' patio door which included re-bricking above the door, framed the entire space, added structural integrity to the roof, installed an air conditioner and replaced the cedar shake. Everything was done with the care and precision you would expect from experienced tradesmen. Despite my micromanaging, Peeter and his father were always willing to answer my questions and make suggestions that were always as good or better than my own ideas. Did I mention the job was done in half the time the other contractors quoted? I would definitely recommend TVELT and will be using them for any potential future projects.
