Roof Right Solutions

I installed a new roof in October 2014. Generally good, except some dirt on the windows and walls, that they told will come back to clean when the weather gets better. However, with the first wind of April the eavestrough of the roof got separated exactly on the same spot that the workers used to go up to the roof and bring the materials up there. I called Dave and sent him some pictures of the problem and described why I cannot accept that this is due to their bad luck that the same spot of the eavestrough is falling apart. In the morning he said he will send someone to see what they can do to fix it, and in the afternoon when I texted him to remind, he said that they can't do anything as he is sure that his guys have not done anything wrong that caused this problem. Now I feel that doing the job is one thing and feeling that a company takes responsibility for what happens next is something else, considering the fact that "my guys didn't do anything wrong" can be an easy answer to all and every problem and complaint of the customers.
