I got referred to Alberta Property Inspections from a friend who had an inspection done on their property. Their inspector, Chris, was exceedingly thorough. His institutional knowledge was excellent. He was able to point out immediate changes that needed to be made to the house to meet code. This spared me about $1500 in expenses to certain upgrades to the house.

He was also able to mention on repairs I could do to the house and the best way to do them. I then was given a follow up book full of all the information he mentioned, it has been a useful resource to look back onto.
